This FAQ covers questions about logging in, registering, resetting passwords, verifying your email, and accepting invitations.
How do I register a new organization?
Use the Register link on the main site (or go to the register page). Enter your organization's details and create an account. You'll usually get a verification email; after you verify, you can log in and set up your organization. If you're joining an existing org, use the invite link they sent instead.

How do I log in?
Go to your organization's login page, enter your email and password, and click Log In. If you were sent to log in while visiting a page, you'll return there after signing in.

How do I reset my password?
Use Forgot password on the login page. Enter your email; we'll send you a link to set a new password. The link usually expires in 24 hours. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or request the link again.

I didn't get the password reset email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, go back to the Forgot password page and request the link again. If you still don't receive it, contact your organization admin--they can help confirm the email on your account.

How do I verify my email?
Open the verification email we sent when you signed up and click the link. You'll see a confirmation and can then log in. If the link expired or you can't find the email, use the Resend verification page to get a new link.

I can't log in after resetting my password. Why?
Make sure you're using the same email you used when you signed up and the new password you just set. If you're still having trouble, try signing out on any other device or browser, then sign in again. If it still doesn't work, contact support and we can help.

Why do I need to verify my email?
Verifying your email helps keep your account secure and unlocks full access to the site. Until you verify, some features may be limited.

My verification link expired. What do I do?
Use the Resend verification page. Enter your email and submit; we'll send a new link. Check your inbox and spam folder. If you used a different email when you signed up, try that one, or contact your admin.

I got an invite link. How do I accept it?
Open the link from your invite email. You'll be taken to a page to set your password and finish setting up your account. Use the same email the invite was sent to. After you complete the steps, you can log in. If the link expired or doesn't work, ask the person who invited you to send a new invite.
