This page lets you raise your hand to help with a specific need. You’ll share your contact details so a case worker can follow up and coordinate.

How it works

  1. Review the steps shown on the page so you know what happens next
  2. Fill out the short form (“I can help”) with your contact info
  3. Submit — you’ll see a confirmation
  4. A case worker will contact you to coordinate timing and details

After you claim

  • Watch for an email or call from the case worker
  • Confirm a time and any items to bring
  • If plans change, let the case worker know as soon as possible
