How it works
- Review the steps shown on the page so you know what happens next
- Fill out the short form (“I can help”) with your contact info
- Submit — you’ll see a confirmation
- A case worker will contact you to coordinate timing and details

After you claim
- Watch for an email or call from the case worker
- Confirm a time and any items to bring
- If plans change, let the case worker know as soon as possible
