What you’ll see

• A confirmation message with the need title
• When you claimed it
• The area and current status
• Contact info for the case worker
• Your own contact info (if provided)

What to do next

• Click the Email button to contact the case worker
• Coordinate timing and any details (what to bring, location)
• If plans change, use the Unclaim link on the page

• View Need Details: open the original need page
• Copy confirmation: copy a text summary for your records
