What this page is for

Send real‑time updates from NeedBridge to another system (like a CRM or chat tool). Visible to Organization Admins and Executive Admins.

Current status

Webhooks are coming soon. For automation today, use the Zapier integration in Settings → Integrations.

When to use webhooks

• Notify your team chat when a new need is posted
• Send volunteer signups to another system in real time
• Keep another database in sync
