Integrations

What it does

Connect NeedBridge to other tools (Zapier, etc.) to automate work.

Setup

  1. Create an API key in Admin → Settings → API Keys
  2. Go to Admin → Settings → Integrations
  3. Add your Zapier/webhook details and save
  4. Test from the page to confirm it works

Tips:

  • Use a dedicated key per integration and name it clearly
  • Keep a simple flow at first (e.g., New Volunteer → Add to Sheet)

Troubleshooting

  • Test fails: Recheck the webhook URL and API key
  • No data showing: Confirm the trigger event happened and the key is active
  • Can’t access? Ask an admin to adjust your role
