Integrations
What it does
Connect NeedBridge to other tools (Zapier, etc.) to automate work.
Setup
- Create an API key in Admin → Settings → API Keys
- Go to Admin → Settings → Integrations
- Add your Zapier/webhook details and save
- Test from the page to confirm it works
Tips:
- Use a dedicated key per integration and name it clearly
- Keep a simple flow at first (e.g., New Volunteer → Add to Sheet)
Troubleshooting
- Test fails: Recheck the webhook URL and API key
- No data showing: Confirm the trigger event happened and the key is active
- Can’t access? Ask an admin to adjust your role
