What it is

Branding makes your NeedBridge pages and emails look and feel like your organization.

What you can customize

  • Logo that appears on pages and emails
  • Brand colors used for buttons and highlights
  • Public contact information (address, email, website)

How to update branding

  1. Go to Admin → Settings → Branding
  2. Upload your logo (use a clear, high‑resolution file)
  3. Choose your primary and secondary colors
  4. Add organization contact information
  5. Save and preview your changes

Where it shows up:

  • Organization pages that volunteers see
  • System emails (approvals, confirmations, updates)

Tips

  • Use a square or horizontal logo that looks good at small sizes
  • Pick colors with good contrast for readability
  • Keep contact info current — it appears in email footers

Troubleshooting

  • Logo looks blurry: upload a higher‑resolution image (PNG or SVG preferred)
  • Colors look different: check contrast and try web‑safe hex colors
  • Changes not appearing: refresh your browser and try a new private window
  • Still stuck? Use Support from the site footer
