What this page is for

A quick starting point to open the right report. Each card takes you to a focused view like Needs Analytics, Category Intelligence, or Volunteer Engagement.

How to use it

1. Go to Admin → Reports
2. Pick the card that matches your goal:
   • Trends: long‑term patterns
   • Needs Analytics: where work slows down
   • Performance: team/area effectiveness
   • Volunteer Engagement: momentum and retention
   • Category Intelligence: which types move fastest
   • Impact: outcomes you’re creating
3. Use filters and export inside each report to share with your team

Tips

• Start with Needs Analytics to find bottlenecks, then check Performance to see who needs support
• Use Category Intelligence to plan recruiting around high‑demand categories
• Review Volunteer Engagement monthly to celebrate wins and catch slowdowns early

Troubleshooting

• Can’t access a report? Ask an admin to verify your role
• Report shows no data: adjust your date range or check for recent activity
• Export isn’t downloading: refresh and try again
