See where needs are moving smoothly and where they’re getting stuck.

Views you’ll use

  • Lifecycle: Created → Claimed → In Progress → Completed
  • Time: How long each stage takes on average
  • Breakdowns: Compare by category and by area

How to use it

  1. Open Admin → Reports → Needs Analytics
  2. Pick a date range and apply filters (area, category)
  3. Look for stages with delays and high drop‑off
  4. Share or export if you need to follow up

Tips:

  • If claims are low, review titles and descriptions
  • If a stage is slow, clarify next steps with case workers

Troubleshooting

  • Charts look empty: expand the date range or remove filters
  • Numbers don’t match another page: confirm filters and time periods are the same
