- Coordinators (see only their assigned areas)
- Organization Admins and Executive Admins (see everyone)
What you can do
- See all case workers in your scope (by area or organization)
- View contact details and assigned areas
- Keep assignments and records up to date
How to use it
- Go to Admin → Case Workers
- Use the filters to focus on specific areas
- Click a person to review their details
- Coordinate with case workers who need support
Tips:
- Keep area assignments current so coordinators see the right people
- Use filters to spot coverage gaps quickly
- Encourage case workers to keep their contact info up to date
Coordinators and approvals
- Coordinators can approve pending users who share at least one area
- If you don’t share an area, ask an admin to review the request
Troubleshooting
- Don’t see the page? Ask an admin to update your role
- Missing people? Check area filters and confirm assignments
- Need changes to roles or areas? Coordinate with an admin
