Case Workers

Who can use this page

  • Coordinators (see only their assigned areas)
  • Organization Admins and Executive Admins (see everyone)

What you can do

  • See all case workers in your scope (by area or organization)
  • View contact details and assigned areas
  • Keep assignments and records up to date

How to use it

  1. Go to Admin → Case Workers
  2. Use the filters to focus on specific areas
  3. Click a person to review their details
  4. Coordinate with case workers who need support

Tips:

  • Keep area assignments current so coordinators see the right people
  • Use filters to spot coverage gaps quickly
  • Encourage case workers to keep their contact info up to date

Coordinators and approvals

  • Coordinators can approve pending users who share at least one area
  • If you don’t share an area, ask an admin to review the request

Troubleshooting

  • Don’t see the page? Ask an admin to update your role
  • Missing people? Check area filters and confirm assignments
  • Need changes to roles or areas? Coordinate with an admin
