Where to find it
Go to Admin → Billing.
Common tasks
- Review usage each month to avoid surprises
- Update your payment method when cards change
- Download past invoices for your records
- Upgrade your plan if you’re hitting limits
Tips
- Keep a backup admin with billing access in case someone is out
- Set a reminder 1 week before renewal to review usage and plan fit
- If you’re growing quickly, consider upgrading before you reach limits
Troubleshooting
- Can’t see billing? Ask an admin to verify your role
- Payment failed: update your card and retry
- Missing invoices: refresh the page, then check your email
- Still stuck? Use Support from the site footer
