This FAQ covers questions about exporting your organization's data, requesting backups, and downloading reports.

How do I export our organization's data?

Data export is currently available through support. Go to Admin > Settings > Data export to see the option; if you need a backup or analysis export (e.g. needs, volunteers, CSV), contact support with what you need and the purpose (backup, analysis, migration). We'll help you get the data.

Who can request a data export?

Usually Organization Admins and Executive Admins. The Data export section under Settings is visible only to users with the right permissions. If you don't see it, ask an admin to request the export for you.

Can I export a single report or list (e.g. volunteers) myself?

Many report pages have an Export menu so you can download that report (e.g. CSV or Excel). For a full organization backup or custom data set, use the Data export section or contact support.
