Rental for Single Mom and Three Kids

This family, consisting of a single mother with her four and nine-year-old daughters and thirteen-year-old son is currently experiencing a housing crisis. The family's landlord is selling their building and is evicting the family if they are not out of the home by September 1st. The mother works a full-time job and struggles to make ends meet but has kept up with her monthly bills and rent payments. Her life revolves around her children, and she makes daily sacrifices for their wellbeing. She has applied to numerous apartments and housing assistance programs and has been unsuccessful. Most available rentals are rented by property management companies which demand 2-3x the monthly rent in income, a requirement impossible for her to meet on her single income. This family is in need of a rental property owned by a private landlord that will accept them as tenants based on their proven ability to make monthly rent payments and their excellent reference from their previous landlord. If they cannot find a home, the family will be forced to split apart - shelters openings are difficult to find in Lancaster and even if they were to find one, the son would be unable to join the rest of his family due to standard shelter policies not allowing the admission of boys over the age of 12 in places with women and children. Without a place to stay, the Agency would have no choice but to take him into their custody. If you or anyone you know of would be able to assist this family in their time of crisis, please respond. A lead on a rental property or even a short-term place for them to stay while they continue to pursue other options could make all the difference in the world for this family. Your assistance and compassion is invaluable. Thankyou for considering.
