Child care for 3

Kinship mom in need of child care in Tyrone pa. Kids are in day care until the daycare closes at 4/4:30. She does not get off work until 7pm. The childrens are ages 1, 1 and 8. There are twin 1 year old females and an 8 year old male. There are no medical issues but the twins are lactose intolerant. Mom is willing to provide payment for service if needed.
