Aging out youth in need of furnishings and household items

After overcoming challenges and working hard toward independence, one of our older youth has officially moved into their very own apartment as they transition out of foster care. This is an exciting new chapter filled with hope, opportunity, and the promise of a bright future. While they now have a place to call home, they are still in need of basic furnishings and household items to help turn their apartment into a comfortable, welcoming space. As a community, we have the opportunity to remind this young person that they are not alone.
