Convertible car seat for [almost] 1 year old

Hello! I am looking for a new convertible car seat on behalf of grandparents who will be taking care of their young grandson. We anticipate placement occurring in the next one to two weeks. They are a lower income family so even a monetary donation or giftcard towards a car seat would help.
