Roof and siding repair

Adopted parents, low income, had tree fall on their house during inclement weather. They do not have home owners insurance, own their own home. Father is disabled. They cannot afford materials and labor costs. The tree fell onto their teenagers room, the tree penetrated the roof. Teenager is in placement currently for other reasons, reunification will occur in the future.
