Security Deposit for Child and Father

From Lancaster Children & Youth: "Due to circumstances out of his control, there is a hard working father in desperate need for his disabled child and himself. Mother died unexpectedly in August due to health complications. She leaves behind her partner and a seven year old son, diagnosed with significant disabilities. Father works as a janitor and often walks to and from work due to not having a vehicle. While trying to navigate this new chapter of their lives, they have received a notice to quit and must vacate their home as their landlord is selling the home. There is a rental on hold for father and son but we urgently need first month's rent and a security deposit. If the funds cannot be raised, father will lose his child due to the laws regarding homelessness. Father is able to maintain the monthly rental payment of $895 however he lacks the $1790 to solidify his tenancy. Father has lost his partner and son has lost his mother. Please, if you can find it in your hearts to help this family they would remain together, filled with gratitude.
