Mentor/Community Support for Older Youth

Mentor needed for a 20yr old female youth with one year left before aging out of care. Youth does not have family connections or many consistent social supports. A mentor who could be someone for her to call for support or spend the holidays with after she leaves care would help her feel less alone while navigating life outside of care independently.
