Financial Support for Older Foster Child to Get a Car for College

There is an eighteen-year-old foster child that is currently located in a group home that is graduating high school this May. She has been accepted to multiple colleges and will begin in August. She is also working toward obtaining her license. I would like to set up a fund to help her buy a vehicle for her next transition in life as she has NO familial supports to help guide and financially support her. She is a really good kid with so much potential, and it would mean a lot to set her up to be as successful as possible. Or if someone has a good used car, that would be safe for her to drive, that donation would also be accepted and appreciated!
